Lily Foundation Community Outreach is committed to the international standards of quality and accountability. Guided by our rights-based approach and programming principles, We will focus on ensuring that our partners and the communities we work with will have a voice in planning, implementing our work. Given the particular emphasis on integrating the humanitarian accountability standards in our relief and emergency response work.

Lily Foundation Community Outreach information and impact reporting system will monitor the extent to which we will be making progress to achieve our national impacts goals and organisational data to be published in our annual report.

Financial Responsibility

Lily Foundation Community Outreach financial information and accountability will be our priority. We will work to maximum the value of every amount we receive.  +/- 90 percent of our expended resources will support the programs for enhancing the quality of life in communities.  +/- 10 percent expanded resources will go towards administration and fundraising costs.
